NJ Pistol Contact List Users Guide
If you join our Contact List, local match directors will be able to send you their match bulletins and alerts by email and/or snail mail!
Here is a summary of the current features:
You may view and/or change your contact information by signing in.
Enter your email and click
at the top, right of the match calendar and click the sign in button!
The form that opens will be blank if this is your initial sign up, or it will display your current information, which you may edit!
It is important that you click the checkbox indicating a change and click "submit", if you have made an update!
You may sign up for many matches ONLINE through our website! Clicking on any calendar date will bring up
a display box (BELOW the calendar month) with the available match details as follows::

To proceed with ONLINE SIGNUP:

which will open the following dialogue. A VALID EMAIL IS REQUIRED.
When you enter your email and click the "enter" button, the following will be displayed. If you are already in the Contact list,
your name (and competitor information) will appear in the form fields. If you are signing up for the first time, fields will be blank.
NOTE: You may sign up for the Contact list at the same as you enter a match online, but it is not required!
You may sign up FOR THE MATCH ONLY and ask that your contact info NOT be saved in our database! Select "I decline" before clicking "submit your entry" if you wish...
You and a friend or family member may use THE SAME EMAIL ADDRESS to sign up for matches, but be sure to SELECT or RESET to the appropriate name!
You may MAKE CHANGES to your personal info at this time, too. If you make changes, be sure to click the "update" checkbox before submitting your entry!
NEW - NOTE: If you submit an entry request WITHOUT either Indoor or Outdoor Classification, you will need to provide the match director with a little more information: (This will speed up the process of having your squadding confirmed by a match director who may not personally know you, and needs to be concerned with SAFETY for all prospective competitors on his/her firing line!)
1- (REQUIRED!) Confirm that you are familiar with the course of fire for the match you are entering,
2 - Indicate if you are a NEW or RETURNING competitor, or a JUNIOR,
3 - Indicate if this is your first match (or your old classification has expired, if it has been over 3 years since your last match), or if you have a temporary classification (based on having fired less than 360 shots) or an assigned classification (based on being classified in a related discipline)
4 - Any additional comments about your shooting experience would also be appreciated!

The match director and the shooter (as well as the NJ Pistol Webmaster) will be copied on this email!
Your squadding confirmation must come from the match director! Squadding counts may not be updated (depending on shooters who make requests for entry by phone or personal email) so receipt of this email is not a guarantee you have a spot in the match. Please check with the match director before coming to shoot!
If you are signing up for LESS THAN the full course of fire, i.e., if you want to shoot only 1 gun of a 2700, please check with the match director on his specific policy regarding such entries!
If you need to CHANGE your squadding from one relay to another, proceed with online signup exactly as above - your original squadding will be displayed so you can confirm the change!

You MAY NOT CANCEL your entry online! PLEASE contact the match director personally by phone or email to cancel!
Contact List Members may check their squadding for matches participating in NJ Pistol Online Signup!
